Apartment
- Size: You have 130 m² at your disposal – 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the living room you’ll find a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. To use them, you need to log in with your own account.
- Terraces: The smaller of the two terraces (approx. 10 m²) is accessed from the living room. It can be used in any weather, it’s covered. The second terrace (approx. 20 m²) is upstairs by the master bedroom and is the ideal place for an evening chill with a sea view. The terrace has garden furniture with cushions. In case of rain, please store the cushions inside.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s a fridge, microwave, toaster, oven with electric stove, blender, dishes, cutlery, and even a corkscrew.
- Utility room: In the utility room adjacent to the kitchen, there is a washer-dryer combo. There’s also a boiler and outdoor air conditioning unit. Therefore, it’s good to keep the door to this room always closed to prevent warm air from returning.
- Water: Tap water is drinkable. Hot water flows after about 60 seconds, you need to let the cold water run.
- Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are a matter of course 🙂
- Smoking is PROHIBITED throughout the apartment.
Where to buy groceries
- Lidl in Sabinillas: The nearest grocery store (5 minutes by car).
- Mercadona in Manilva: Less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. At Mercadona you can get basic household supplies in addition to groceries. Opening hours: 9:00 – 21:30.
- Carrefour in Estepona: Larger shopping center. About 15 minutes drive from the apartment and in addition to groceries you’ll find electronics, clothing and more.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Internet
We have 600Mb fiber optic internet here. It can handle even demanding streaming.
Pool
- Opening hours: The pool is available from 9:00 to 21:00, from May 1st to October 31st. The keys to the pool gate are also in the bowl with the remote control.
- Usage rules: Glass items (glass bottles, glasses, other glass objects) are not allowed in the pool area. Running, pushing, wrestling, excessive splashing are not allowed in the pool area. Users should behave with respect to other pool visitors. Inflatable mattresses and other toys (except swimming aids) are not allowed in the pool.
What to do if something breaks or stops working?
- If something breaks or stops working, please let us know. We will not charge for minor damages (e.g. broken plate, etc.).
Before departure
- Please don’t forget to return the pool keys and remote control to the bowl on the shoe cabinet.
